Tell about your nearly two years of experience working as a systems analyst: what product you worked with, how processes were built, what achievements and mistakes you had, and why you left the company?

For nearly two years, I worked as a systems analyst on a product related to automating the company's business processes. My responsibilities included gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling processes, and interacting with developers and clients.

The processes were built using Agile methodology with regular sprints and daily stand-ups. I participated in writing technical specifications, creating UML diagrams, and conducting requirements testing.

Achievements:

• Successfully implemented a requirements collection system, which reduced misunderstandings between the client and the team.
• Optimized the requirements approval process, which accelerated the launch of new features.

Mistakes:

• Initially, I underestimated the importance of detailed documentation, which led to additional iterations.

The reason for leaving was a desire to develop in project management and work with larger and more complex systems.
