Work-related stress for me can be caused by unclear or constantly changing technical requirements. For example, when system requirements change during development, and it becomes necessary to redo already completed parts, this complicates planning and reduces efficiency.

Stress can also be caused by a lack of communication between teams, when information is transmitted incompletely or with delays, leading to misunderstandings and errors.

Another example is strict deadlines without considering the actual volume of work, when working in a rush mode, which negatively affects quality and motivation.
