Yes, I have experience working with AI agents and solutions based on large language models (LLM). In one of the projects, we integrated an LLM to automate the processing of customer requests in a chatbot. My role as a systems analyst involved formalizing requirements for interaction with the model, defining use cases and constraints, as well as coordinating testing and evaluating the quality of responses. This experience helps to better understand the capabilities and limitations of AI when designing systems.
