One of the tasks I am proud of is related to optimizing business processes in a large company. It was necessary to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for automation and increased efficiency. As a result, we managed to reduce order processing time by 30%, which significantly improved customer satisfaction and reduced costs. To achieve this, I conducted a detailed requirements gathering, built process models, interacted with developers and end-users, and also monitored the implementation of changes.
