Tell about your experience starting from your first company. How did you manage to combine study and work from 2022 to 2024?

From 2022 to 2024, I combined studying and working, which required good time management and discipline. In my first company, I gained experience working on real projects, which helped apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

To successfully balance both, I:

• Created a schedule, allocating time for studying and work.
• Used time management techniques, such as the Pomodoro method.
• Tried to choose tasks at work that complemented my academic program, so that knowledge would reinforce each other.
• Communicated with management and teachers to coordinate workload and deadlines.

This approach allowed me to develop effectively both professionally and academically without burning out.
