What did your team look like on the project?

The team on the project was usually formed from specialists with different roles to cover all necessary aspects of development and support. For example:

• Systems analyst — gathers and formalizes requirements, interacts with the customer.
• Developers — implement functionality.
• Testers — check quality and stability.
• Project manager — coordinates work and deadlines.
• DevOps engineer — responsible for infrastructure and deployment.

In my team, there were about 6-8 people, which allowed for effective communication and quick decision-making. Roles could overlap, especially in small teams where everyone could perform multiple functions.
