In a typical ZUP, the mechanism for calculating enforcement orders is based on their order of priority and the percentage limits specified in each order.

If there are three enforcement orders with the same deduction percentage (50%) and the same priority, the system will distribute the deductions proportionally among them so that the total does not exceed 50% of the earnings.

That is, with the same priority and percentage:

• The system will divide the available deduction percentage (50%) equally among all enforcement orders of this priority.
• Each enforcement order will receive approximately 16.66% deduction.

This allows for correct accounting of multiple enforcement orders of the same level without exceeding the maximum allowable deduction percentage.

If the priorities differ, deductions are made sequentially: first, the orders with higher priority are fully satisfied, then those with lower priority, until the allowable deduction percentage is exhausted.
