Is remote work or hybrid work from within Russia suitable for you? Are there plans to move abroad?

Remote work or a hybrid format is quite acceptable to me, especially if there is an opportunity to communicate effectively and use modern tools for collaboration. Working from Russia does not cause any problems, as I am used to working with distributed teams.

There are no plans to move abroad in the near future, but I am open to discussion if it aligns with my professional and personal goals.
