Can you give an example of a specific feature or story that came to you and how you worked with it?

In one of the projects, we received a story from the sales department: it was necessary to add the ability to automatically notify customers about the status of their orders via SMS and email. I started with analyzing the requirements, clarified with the clients which specific statuses should trigger notifications, and which communication channels are preferred.

Then I created a business process diagram, described the logic for sending notifications, and identified integration points with the CRM and mailing system. After that, I prepared technical specifications for developers and testers, agreed on timelines and priorities. During implementation, I monitored compliance with the requirements and helped resolve arising issues.

As a result, the feature was successfully implemented, which increased customer satisfaction and reduced the load on the support service.
