What tasks demotivate you, and what would you prefer not to do?

I am demotivated by tasks that do not bring tangible benefits or do not contribute to development — for example, routine monotonous work without the opportunity to improve the process or implement new solutions. I also prefer not to engage in tasks where requirements are unclear or there are constant changes without explanations, as this reduces efficiency and motivation.

It is important that the work is interesting, with opportunities to learn and see the results of one's labor.
