When do you consider your work on a task to be completed?

The task is considered completed when all requirements described in the technical specification or user story are met, and the task has passed all quality assurance stages: code coverage with tests, code review, testing (automatic and/or manual), and the result has been accepted by the customer or product owner. It is also important that the task has been documented and integrated into the main development branch without conflicts.
