When choosing an employer from several offers, I consider the following criteria:

• Project and Technologies: how interesting and promising the project is, what technologies are used, and whether there is an opportunity for professional growth.
• Team and Culture: how comfortable the team is, management style, corporate culture.
• Working Conditions: salary, social package, flexible schedule, remote work options.
• Development Opportunities: training, participation in conferences, career growth.
• Company Stability and Reputation: financial condition, employee reviews.

For example, if one offer provides a higher salary but the project is less interesting, and another offers an interesting project and a friendly team, I would lean towards the second option, as a balance between motivation and conditions is important.
