As a systems analyst, I was involved in gathering and analyzing requirements, interacting with clients and developers to clarify functionalities. My role included modeling business processes, preparing technical specifications, and participating in testing.

The path to this role started with experience in related fields — for example, technical support or development, where I gained an understanding of processes and communications. Then I underwent training in systems analysis, learned methodologies (such as UML, BPMN), and began applying my knowledge in practice, which allowed me to transition to the position of systems analyst.
