What tools have you used in your work? Where did you draw diagrams, write specifications?

For creating diagrams and modeling business processes, I often use tools like draw.io, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Visio. For more complex UML diagrams, I use Enterprise Architect or StarUML. I usually write specifications and documentation in Confluence or Google Docs, which makes it easy to collaboratively edit and store document versions. In some projects, Jira was used for task management and attaching technical descriptions.
