• Lack of quality culture: when testing is perceived as a formality, and bugs are ignored or silenced.
• Lack of automation or unwillingness to invest in it: if management does not support automation, and all tests are done manually.
• Constant deadlines without reasonable timelines and team overload.
• Lack of transparency in processes and communication.
• Low level of technical expertise in the team, lack of opportunities for professional growth.
• Ignoring best practices and testing standards.

I would not join a team that does not value product quality, disrespects QA specialists, lacks automation support, and where the atmosphere is toxic or demotivating.
