Before transitioning to testing, I worked in software development, primarily in backend development. This gave me a deep understanding of the development lifecycle, application architecture, and code specifics, which significantly aids in testing and automation.

I also have experience in technical support, where I interacted with users and analyzed issues that arose, developing skills in attentiveness and systematic thinking, which are useful for QA.
