What development methodologies have you encountered?

I have experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Scrum:

• Focus on short iterations (sprints).
• Regular meetings: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
• Roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team.
• Product backlog and sprint backlog.
• Applied in projects with high uncertainty of requirements and the need for frequent feedback integration.

Kanban:

• Visualization of the workflow (Kanban board).
• Work in progress (WIP) limits.
• Focus on continuous flow and delivering value.
• Flow metrics: cycle time, throughput.
• Used in projects with predictable task flow or to support existing systems (maintenance, minor enhancements).

Both methodologies promote:

• Flexibility and adaptation to changes.
• Transparency of the development process.
• Improved team communication.
• Regular release of working products.

Within these methodologies, I participated in planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, conducted testing at various stages, and provided feedback to the team. My QA role involved ensuring quality at all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final testing and release.
