What criteria do you consider when evaluating tasks?

When estimating tasks, I consider the following criteria:

• Task complexity: Includes assessment of technical aspects, the need to learn new technologies, and requirement uncertainties.
• Work volume: Estimation of the amount of time and effort required to complete the task (e.g., number of tests, amount of code, configurations).
• Risks: Identifying potential issues that could affect deadlines or quality (e.g., dependency on other teams, unstable environment).
• Dependencies: Evaluation of the impact of the task on other tasks or dependencies on their completion.
• Performance and stability requirements: If applicable, assessing the need for load testing, stress testing.
• Regression testing: Estimation of the volume of regression testing needed after task completion.
• Documentation: Estimation of the time required to create or update necessary documentation (test plans, reports).
• Communication: Assessment of the need to interact with other teams or project participants.
• Team experience: Considering the knowledge level and experience of team members with similar tasks.
