How was the workload distributed among testers in your last project?

The distribution of workload among testers in a project is usually based on several factors:

• The specialization and experience of each tester (e.g., functional testing, automation, load testing).
• The volume and complexity of the modules or functions being tested.
• The priorities and deadlines of tasks.
• The use of Agile methodologies: tasks are broken down into sprints, and testers pick tasks from a common pool.

In my last project, the workload was distributed as follows:

1. Each tester was responsible for a specific component or functionality.
2. Automation engineers created and maintained scripts for regression testing.
3. Priority bugs and tasks were assigned during daily stand-ups, considering the workload.

This approach allowed us to effectively utilize the strengths of the team and ensured coverage of all critical areas.
