The start date usually depends on current commitments and agreements. Speaking about my case, I can start working two weeks after the official offer to complete current projects and properly hand over responsibilities.

If there are strict deadlines, I am ready to discuss and find a compromise to integrate into the work as quickly as possible without losing quality.
