My team usually consisted of 5 to 8 people, including QA engineers, automation specialists, test analysts, and a project manager.

Task distribution was based on specialization and experience:

• QA engineers were responsible for manual testing of functionality, creating test cases, and verifying requirements.
• Automation specialists developed and maintained automated tests, integrating them into CI/CD.
• Test analysts handled requirements analysis, test documentation preparation, and test planning.
• The project manager coordinated work, assigned tasks, and monitored deadlines.

Tasks were distributed considering priorities and complexity, often using Agile approaches with daily stand-ups and sprints. This allowed for flexible response to changes and effective use of team resources.
