• Conducting pair programming or joint testing, which helps quickly solve problems and transfer knowledge.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, guides, and checklists to simplify mastering new tools and processes.
• Organizing regular meetings or meetups for experience sharing and discussing complex issues.
• Mentorship: assisting newcomers in adaptation, analyzing mistakes, and explaining the principles of automation and testing.

This approach promotes team growth and improves work quality through knowledge transfer and support.
