Tell us about your experience with initiative, bug tracking to completion, and time management in testing.

In my experience as a tester, I have always shown initiative by actively identifying and documenting bugs, as well as following through to complete resolution. For example, when discovering a complex bug, I did not limit myself to just reporting it, but I also analyzed the reproduction conditions, suggested possible causes and fixes, which sped up the resolution process.

Regarding time management, I prioritize tasks and break down work into small stages, which helps to efficiently allocate time between testing, regression, and automation. This allows me to close bugs in a timely manner and maintain high product quality.

I also demonstrate initiative by proposing improvements to test scenarios and processes, which contributes to the overall efficiency of the team.
