What did you write about in the documentation?

In QA, I wrote various types of documentation:

• Test Plans — describe the testing strategy, objectives, resources, and timelines.
• Test Cases — detailed scenarios for verifying specific functions.
• Defect Reports (Bug Reports) — descriptions of found errors with reproduction steps.
• Test Scenarios and Checklists — for regression and functional testing.

For example, a test case may include a description of preconditions, execution steps, expected result, and actual result.
