Severity determines the level of impact of a defect on the functionality, performance, or appearance of the product for the end user.

Examples:

• Minor: Small functional errors, non-critical display issues, minor inconveniences for the user.
• Trivial/Cosmetic: Typos, incorrect alignment of elements, minor visual defects that do not affect functionality.
