Did you have any team meetings outside of working hours at your last job?

Communication with the team outside of working hours can significantly improve team spirit and mutual understanding. At my last job, such meetings occasionally took place — these were informal gatherings, such as joint lunches or visits to cafes after work. This helped to get to know colleagues better, which positively affected teamwork and communication within the project.
