I am frustrated by tasks related to unclear requirements or constantly changing specifications. In such cases, it is difficult to write stable and reproducible tests, which reduces automation efficiency.

I am also annoyed by processes where there is no communication between teams, leading to misunderstandings and delays in identifying and fixing bugs.

For example, when testing starts too late in the development cycle, and there is a need to quickly find errors without enough time for analysis — this creates stress and reduces work quality.
