How did you define tasks and goals in your last position?

In my last position, tasks and goals were defined based on project requirements and the company's business objectives. I usually started by analyzing specifications and product requirements, discussing priorities and deadlines with the development team and managers. Then, I created a list of test scenarios and quality criteria to be checked. For larger tasks, I used Agile methodologies, breaking work into sprints and setting specific goals for each stage. This approach helped to clearly understand what needed to be done and how to evaluate the results.
