Is your Scrum a formal Scrum with timeboxes or do you really work as a Scrum team?

Real work in Scrum is not just about following formal timeboxes and rituals, but actively applying Agile and Scrum principles to improve team effectiveness. In a true Scrum team:

• All members are involved in planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Timeboxes help focus and prevent delays, rather than serve as mere formalities.
• The team organizes its work independently and adapts quickly to changes.
• Transparency, constant communication, and joint problem-solving are important.

If Scrum is reduced to formal schedule adherence without engagement and flexibility, it is more of an imitation than a true Scrum team.
