Is there anything you dislike about the testing profession?

There are several aspects of the testing profession that can cause discomfort:

• Monotony of routine tasks. Repeating the same tests can reduce motivation.
• Undervaluation of the testing role. In some teams, testers are perceived as a "hindrance" or less important specialists.
• Dependence on the quality of requirements. If requirements are vague or constantly changing, testing becomes more difficult and less effective.
• Limited career growth opportunities in some organizations if automation is not developed or if transitioning to related fields.

However, many of these issues can be compensated for by developing automation skills, participating in process design, and actively interacting with the team.
