What should happen in a year or two for you to realize that you have grown as a specialist?

To understand that I have grown as a specialist over a year or two, several things must happen:

• I will be able to independently design and implement complex test scenarios and automate them.
• I will improve the quality of testing by reducing the number of bugs in production.
• I will master new tools and automation technologies.
• I will start participating in test planning and interacting with developers and managers at a higher level.
• I will receive positive feedback from the team and management regarding my contribution to quality processes.
