How were your communications within the team organized? How did you learn about testing tasks?

In my team, communication was built through several main channels: daily stand-ups where current tasks and priorities were discussed; a task tracking system (e.g., Jira), where all requirements and bugs were recorded; and also a Slack chat for quick information exchange.

I learned about testing tasks from tickets in the project management system, where requirements and acceptance criteria were described. I also often received information directly from developers or managers during stand-ups and chats, especially if urgent bugs or changes in functionality appeared. This approach ensured transparency and timely receipt of information.
