What practice from your last project would you like to transfer to your new workplace?

In my last project, I implemented automated testing practices using CI/CD, which significantly sped up the release process and improved product quality. It was particularly useful to integrate tests into the pipeline so that each commit was automatically checked for regressions. I would like to bring this practice to my new workplace to minimize human error and increase release stability.
