How do you measure your professional effectiveness?

The level of professional effectiveness in QA Automation I measure by several criteria:

• Quality of automated tests: how stable they are, whether they cover critical scenarios, how easy they are to maintain.
• Speed and volume of work done: how many tests are written, how many bugs are found thanks to automation.
• Contribution to team processes: how much my tests help reduce manual testing, speed up releases.
• Feedback from colleagues and management: how much my solutions and approaches are valued in the team.

For example, if after implementing my automated tests, the regression testing time is halved, and the number of bugs in production has decreased, this is a clear indicator of effectiveness.
