Is your entire experience in the resume officially according to the Labor Code or did you work as a self-employed through an individual entrepreneur?

It is recommended to specify the experience in your resume that corresponds to official documentation. If part of the work was under an employment contract (ТК), and another part as a self-employed individual through an electronic signature (ЭП), you can indicate both options, clearly specifying the status of the cooperation.

For example:

• Company X, Position Y, official employment (ТК), 2019–2021
• Freelance/self-employed, projects for Company Z, 2021–2023

This will help the employer understand the format of cooperation and avoid misunderstandings when verifying experience.
