In my work, I relied on the following software development methodologies:

• Agile — an iterative approach with regular releases and active customer interaction.
• Scrum — an Agile framework with roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, team), sprints, and daily stand-ups.
• Kanban — visualization of tasks on a board, focusing on continuous flow and limiting unfinished tasks.

These methodologies help quickly adapt to changing requirements, improve quality, and accelerate product delivery. In QA, it is important to work closely with developers and participate in planning to ensure testing is integrated into the process.
