How do you feel about working in an office?

I believe that working in an office has its advantages, especially when it comes to teamwork and quick idea exchange. It is easier to establish informal communication in the office, which contributes to a better understanding of tasks and strengthens the team.

However, I also value flexibility and the possibility of remote work, especially if it increases productivity and allows for a better work-life balance. Ideally, a company offers a hybrid format — a few days in the office for joint meetings and discussions, and a few days remote for focused work.

For me, it is important that the workplace promotes effective communication and a comfortable atmosphere, whether it is an office or remote work.
