In my experience of organizing developer teams, I paid attention to selecting specialists with different skill levels for balanced work. It was important to define roles and responsibilities so that everyone understood their tasks and interacted effectively with others. I also implemented code review practices and regular meetings for synchronization and knowledge sharing, which contributed to team growth and product quality improvement.

Example: when forming a team of 5 people, I distributed tasks across project modules, assigned responsible persons for integration and testing, and organized pair programming for newcomers.
