How would you describe your tendency to take initiative at work?

I tend to take initiative at work when I see an opportunity to improve a process or outcome. I usually do not wait for instructions if I understand that I can make useful changes or help colleagues. At the same time, I try to coordinate important decisions with the team or management to ensure actions are effective and aligned with overall goals.
