Describe the structure of the team you worked with at your previous job, and your role within it.

At my previous job, I worked in a team of 5 people, including developers, a tester, and a team lead. My role involved developing and maintaining backend services in Python, as well as writing automated tests and participating in code reviews.

We used Agile methodologies, regularly held sprints and daily stand-ups. I actively interacted with the team to solve arising problems, participated in planning and estimating tasks, and also helped new employees adapt.

This experience allowed me to develop skills in teamwork, communication, and effective time management.
