In my professional activity, I am motivated by the opportunity to solve real problems that benefit people or business. I am especially inspired by the process of continuous learning and mastering new technologies, when I see how my knowledge and skills grow.

It is also important to feel the result of my work — when the project develops, and my decisions help improve the product or process. Working in a team, sharing experiences, and achieving goals together also energize me and give me the desire to move forward.
