What was the size of the team working on your last project?

The size of the team depends on the scale and complexity of the project. In my last project, the team consisted of 5 people: two Python developers, one tester, one analyst, and a project manager. Such a composition allowed for effective task distribution and quick response to changing requirements.

It is important that the team is small enough for quick communication but large enough to cover all necessary roles and competencies.
