Typically, I have undergone technical knowledge assessments as part of training courses, internships, or internal company testing. For example, the last time was at the beginning of this year, when I took a test on Python fundamentals and algorithms to confirm my junior level.

If it is about self-assessment, I regularly solve problems on platforms like LeetCode, Codewars, or take online tests to maintain and evaluate my knowledge.
