Tell us about your experience leading a team or projects as a team lead.

As a team lead, I was responsible for coordinating the work of a team of 4-6 developers. My tasks included distributing tasks based on competencies and workload, conducting daily stand-ups and retrospectives, as well as monitoring deadlines and quality of execution. I actively participated in code reviews, helped solve technical problems, and maintained communication with other departments to ensure consistency of requirements and timely integration of components. This experience helped me develop skills in time management, communication, and technical leadership.
