What is your experience with projects — did you start from scratch or integrate existing solutions?

In my practice, I have experience both in creating projects from scratch and integrating existing solutions.

When starting from scratch, I was involved in designing the architecture, choosing technologies, and writing code, which allowed me to have full control over the structure and quality.

Integrating existing solutions required understanding someone else's code, adapting and expanding functionality, as well as ensuring compatibility with new modules.

Both approaches are important: creating from scratch offers freedom and architectural purity, while integration involves working with real projects and supporting their development.
