How do you assess your level of responsibility at work?

I evaluate the level of responsibility at work based on several criteria: how carefully I pay attention to code quality, meet deadlines and agreements, and how actively I participate in solving emerging problems. For example, when working with Python, I try to write clean, readable, and testable code, fix bugs promptly, and maintain communication with the team. For a junior level, it's important to show initiative and learn from mistakes; for middle level, to take responsibility for parts of the project and help colleagues.
