Can you tell us how the team process and interaction were organized in your previous company?

In my previous company, the team process was organized according to Agile methodology with two-week sprints. Interaction took place through daily stand-ups, where everyone shared their completed work and plans. Tasks were assigned via a tracking system (Jira), which included acceptance criteria and priorities.

Communication was conducted through Slack and video calls. Code reviews were carried out via pull requests in GitHub, which helped maintain quality and share knowledge. There were also regular retrospectives to improve processes and address emerging issues.
