Tell about your weaknesses and how you work to overcome them.

One of my weaknesses is a tendency towards perfectionism, which sometimes causes me to spend more time on details than necessary. To manage this, I try to set clear time frames for tasks and focus on priorities to avoid delaying the overall process.

Another weakness is a lack of experience in some new technologies. To overcome this, I regularly dedicate time to studying and practicing, take courses, and read documentation to quickly fill gaps in my knowledge.
