Describe how teamwork and task distribution were organized in your previous project.

In my previous project, teamwork was based on the Agile methodology, specifically Scrum. Tasks were allocated into sprints, where each participant chose tasks from the backlog according to their specialization and workload.

For communication, tools like Jira for task tracking and Slack for quick communication were used. Daily stand-ups were regularly held, where everyone shared their progress and any issues encountered.

Task distribution was based on experience and interests: for example, more experienced developers took on complex architectural tasks, while beginners handled tasks like writing unit tests or fixing bugs. This helped ensure balanced development and maintained motivation within the team.
