In my practice, disagreements within the team have arisen due to different approaches to solving tasks or priorities. To resolve them, I try to:

• Listen to all parties and understand the reasons for the disagreements.
• Suggest discussing the pros and cons of each option.
• If necessary, involve the opinion of a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
• Focus on the overall goal of the project rather than personal preferences.

For example, in one project, we couldn't decide on a library for working with the database. We conducted a comparative analysis, discussed the team's experience, and chose the most suitable option, which helped avoid conflict and move forward.
